Adults Health & Wellness
Healthy living through physical activity is central to the Y’s cause. Our members have access to our free weight room, cardio area, indoor track, 2 gyms, racquetball courts, tennis courts, paddle courts and soccer fields.
We also offer group exercise classes for those who like to have accountability, support and an instructor to provide extra encouragement. Our group programs are fun and interactive. The Y’s instructors are highly trained to provide safe and effective exercise programs and modifications that welcome all fitness levels. Popular classes include Studio Cycling (spin classes), Pump It, Pilates and Boot Camp.
In addition, our Y has additional health and wellness programs to help promote healthy living, including: CPR/First Aid, Nutritional Counseling, Lifeguard Training and Personal Training.
