Low Impact Aerobics will focus on each movement with this class of gentle exercise routines.
Fun, dance-inspired workouts to great music and challenging choreography are guaranteed to slim and tone the body. No dance experience is required; all fitness levels are welcome.
BARRE CLASS, EXPRESS
30 minute version of the traditional barre class
A high-intensity class that uses skills and drills. This program is designed to give you the platform to push yourself to get significant results. No registration is required.
This class is 100% cardio workout, utilizing the BOSU ball. The exercises will help you burn calories while you challenge your balance, endurance, and core.
Cardio Mix is a high-intensity, high-energy class that gets your heart pumping and your feet moving, using a combo of aerobic exercises.
With upbeat music, combining step aerobics/weight training, this class will tone and strengthen your whole body.

HALF AND HALF
Enjoy 30 min. of cardio and 30 min. of core for a great workout.
Enjoy the high intensity of Interval Fusion for longer with an added ab workout. 10 person maximum, so register early.

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
A personal trainer can help you get started, learn proper technique, and achieve your goals. Specialty training available for: Prenatal/Postpartum, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Cardiac rehab, Cancer recovery, Autism Spectrum, Post physical rehab and Sports conditioning.

Strengthen, lengthen and condition core muscles, legs, hips and back by utilizing the reformer.
Pump It is a body conditioning class done with a barbell and dumbbells. This class is set to energizing music and delivers real results.
Come and enjoy a great cardio workout utilizing steps and added resistance.
For all exercise levels, Stretch will help you increase joint flexibility.
STRETCH & STRENGTH
This dynamic, moving stretch class will lengthen and strengthen muscles, while utilizing light resistance tools.
Cycling is a group-fitness class on stationary cycles for all fitness levels.
Tai Chi is a rhythmic martial art for stress relief through soft-flowing movements. Participants will feel invigorated, energized and balanced.
TAE KWON DO
Tae Kwon Do training will improve strength, endurance, and flexibility with this Korean martial art.
TONE & SCULPT
Tone & Sculpt will condition the body using weights, bars and bands.
For those who want a total body experience, this class will incorporate alignment, and students will use their own body weight as resistance while training.
A Wellness Coach can encourage, empower, and work with you on how to incorporate healthy habits into your lifestyle. They can guide you with making choices that are best for you.
With international dance and music, Zumba features interval training wth fast/slow rhythms and resistance training to tone and sculpt.
