Group Exercise
From low-impact exercise, stretching and strength training to studio cycling, water exercise and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.

Aqua Aerobics
Gain muscle conditioning and cardiovascular endurance from the aeorobic choreography and the resistance of the water. Ideal for all fitness levels, non-swimmers included.

Mobile Fit
Exercise: personalized plans and coaching based on your goals, experience and past performance, even adapts based on your feedback. Your own wellness coach will check your progress and keep you on track.Nutrition: customized, dietician designed plans that fit your lifestyle and calorie calculators that help you chart a convenient, reasonable and achievable path to success.

Progress Tracking: automatically tracks your progress and provides simple, useful charts to see if you’re on track to reach your goals.

Access Anywhere: view your info on the Wellness Center stations, your smartphone, laptop, home computer or tablet.

Personal Training
Personal training is working with a YMCA certified trainer that can motivate you by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. Trainers will evaluate your strengths and weaknesses to ensure that the proper training program is implemented to increase overall health & wellness. Trainers provide instruction on motivation adherence, form and technique, and other lifestyle habits.
