Personal training is working with a YMCA certified trainer that can motivate you by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. Trainers will evaluate your strengths and weaknesses to ensure that the proper training program is implemented to increase overall health & wellness. Trainers provide instruction on motivation adherence, form and technique, and other lifestyle habits. Personal Training is for members only.
