The Three "R"s. Include a little rejuvenation with your rest and relaxation when vacationing: Walk on the beach, instead of just lying on it, and swim and play in the water. Stop at state and national parks to hike or walk trails -- don't limit your view to that from the car window. Ditch the cart and walk the golf course instead. Utilize fitness equipment and activities on cruise ships, and while in port, see the sights on foot. Instead of speeding by tourist attractions on a bus, WALK!
