Make Up Policy: YMCA classes are often full. So, make-up and substitute classes are unfortunately not possible.
Prorated Classes: While late registrations are accepted for most classes, class fees will not be prorated.
Thunder/Lightning Policy: In the event of thunder or lightning, the pool will close, and the pool deck will be cleared. The pool area will remain closed for 20 minutes after each flash of lightning and/or clap of thunder. Everyone must exit the pool and whirlpool. Swim lessons will run as scheduled with children learning skills on the pool deck.
Program Refund Policy: Requests must be made directly to the program director. Refunds will be issued if notice is given at least 5 business days prior to the start date and will be completed in the manner payment was received. A credit voucher towards a future YMCA program may also be issued. We reserve the right to cancel a program that doesn’t meet minimum enrollment. These refunds will be paid in full by check or as a credit voucher, based on member’s preference.

We’ll make every effort to accommodate non-English speaking individuals.
Caring: We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. We ask individuals to act appropriately at all times when participating in Y programs.
Honesty: We ask members and guests to identify themselves to staff when asked and be able to produce a Y membership card or ID.
Respect: We expect persons using the Y to behave in a mature and responsible way and to respect the rights and dignity of others. We do not permit language or actions that may hurt or frighten anyone.
Responsibility: Members and guests are encouraged to be responsible for their personal comfort and safety. Please report any offending condition or behavior to a Y staff person.
