Free Wellness Coaching
This coaching is perfect for those new to exercising or who haven’t exercised for some time and want instruction, support and motivation. Register for your free appointment at the registration desk.
Members have free access to our online fitness system where you can log your workout, track your progress, get customized meal plans, and personal feedback from a wellness coach. You can access MobileFit on a station in the Wellness Center, your smartphone, laptop, home computer or tablet.
Another complimentary service for members, the Y will babysit your kids for up to three hours, while you participate in a Y class or activity or when working out in the Y.
Personal Fitness Training
