At the Y, it’s not about the activity you choose as much as it is about the benefits of living healthy such as: boosts energy, reduces stress, improves mood and promotes better sleep.

Free Wellness Coaching
This coaching is perfect for those new to exercising or who haven’t exercised for awhile and want instruction, support and motivation. Register for your one-on-one coaching session with a professional who can help you build the perfect wellness plan at the registration desk.
Members have free access to our online fitness system where you can log your workout, track your progress, get customized meal plans, and personal feedback from a wellness coach. You can access MobileFit on a station in the Wellness Center, your smartphone, laptop, home computer or tablet.
Group Wellness Orientation
Group Wellness Orientations are led by a YMCA certified Wellness Coach to review basic fitness principles, learn or review YMCA programming and discuss goals and outcomes.
Personal Fitness Training
