The Y helps youth learn about being active and developing healthy habits they’ll carry with them throughout their lives through fun programs and activities.
The benefits are far greater than just physical health. Programs range from Building Creative Muscles, Friday Night Rollerskating, and Parents Night Out to Kindergarten Fun Days.
In addition to supplementing what they have learned in school, kids participate in interactive games, have a chance to socialize with each other, put their creativity to use with art projects, and form long-lasting friendships that enhance their development, growth and self-confidence. Kids have fun with games, activities, crafts.
