LEADING THE FULLEST LIFE POSSIBLE AT ANY AGE
The Sewickley Valley YMCA offers programs and services for every age and every level of activity with a mission to help everyone achieve a balance of spirit, mind and body. Our staff encourages healthy living through resources, support, safe and effective equipment, and an environment that promotes our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
Members and participants are invited to try a class for one time free with accessibility based on class size and available space. To use this offer, please contact the membership or registration desks. Swim lessons, scuba, camp, and child care are excluded. As each one of our classes can be modified for every fitness level, you should feel comfortable and confident in trying any that interests you!
The Sewickley Valley YMCA offers group exercise classes, personal training, group sports and nutrition counseling.
Adult sports leagues and pick-up games provide a perfect opportunity to be active, social and to reconnect or start fresh with a game you love. Basketball, soccer, tennis, volleyball, pickleball and paddle tennis are available to get you back on the court or the field.
