Swimmers and non-swimmers alike can take part in this type of exercise to reduce emotional stress and tension, improve health, and encourage and improve feelings of well-being and self-esteem.

Members and participants are invited to try a class for one time free with accessibility based on class size and available space. To use this offer, please contact the membership or registration desks. Swim lessons, scuba, camp, and childcare are excluded. As each one of our classes can be modified for every fitness level, you should feel comfortable and confident in trying any that interests you.

In efforts to ensure that all members have the opportunities to enjoy the Y's free water exercise classes, adult members may register for only two free water exercise classes per session.
