Commit To Be Fit
This eight-week program will combine nutrition and fitness to help you go into the Holiday season healthy and fit! This program will be held on Wednesdays from September 26 through November 14. Commit to be Fit for the Holidays includes the following.
- Creating a healthy eating plan
- Weekly workout(participants have the choice of a group class or a wellness center workout with the wellness coaches
- A weekly 30-minute meeting with Laura Haddox, DTR, Registered Diet Technician(this will include a weekly weigh-in)
- Weekly incentive/participation prizes
- Facebook group page
- Support and motivation

Physical Therapy Transition
The Y offers group exercise for all levels and all interests. Instructors lead you through the workouts providing you effective, fun and easy- to-follow steps. You can adjust your workout in each class to match your personal level. Our staff suggests the following classes that help you get back into the swing of things:

- Enhance Fitness for Arthritis
