Capital Development Fee
The Y believes that members are co-owners of our Y. As a co-owner, each member is asked to pay a one-time joining fee as a mission investment. These dollars are used for non-expansion capital improvements like new equipment, building repairs and preventive maintenance. The fee may be paid in full at the time of joining or divided equally over a three-month period. Previous members who re-join within a three-year time frame will pay a rejoining fee of $100 for family and single parent family, and $75 for adult and senior memberships. Members rejoining beyond the three-year time frame will be required to pay the full Capital Development Fee.
