Work with a YMCA certified trainer that can motivate you by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. Trainers will evaluate your strengths and areas for improvement to ensure that the proper training program is implemented to increase overall health & wellness. During the personal training session, you will be instructed on form and technique, and lifestyle habits while helping to keep you motivated and accountable.
