THERE ARE NO TRYOUTS AND NO ONE GETS CUT
We leverage the excitement and passion around youth sports to create a healthy outlet for children to gain new skills, develop a sense of team and connect with positive role models. During Youth Sports, players are physically active, increase their skills and ability, and develop communication skills.
Learning a martial art builds lifelong skills. During Tang Soo Do and Little Dragons, children refine their agility and motor skills along with goal-setting. Students in this traditional martial arts program maintain a healthy lifestyle, relieve stress and develop self-defense skills in a non-competitive, welcoming environment.
Parent Child Wellness Program
This program is designed for youth to use the cardiovascular equipment in the Wellness Center or lap swimming with a parent. Children participating in this program may utilize cardio equipment during all youth hours of operation, or get a cardio workout doing laps in the large pool, provided that a parent is in the water at all times. Use of this benefit requires direct supervision of the parent at all times in the Wellness Center. Schedule your orientation at the registration desk. This program is for members only and is free as a benefit of your membership.
