Winter/Spring Health & Wellness Schedule

Members and participants are invited to try a class for one-time for free based on available space. To use this offer, please contact the membership or registration desks. Swim lessons, scuba, camp, and childcare are excluded. As each one of our classes can be modified for every fitness level, you should feel comfortable and confident in trying any that interests you!
