ACHIEVE YOUR HEALTH & WELLNESS GOALS
At the Y, a supportive community is a big part of wellness. At every age and every level of activity, you’ll find people just like you looking to live a little bit healthier. Swimmers and non-swimmers alike can take part in Water Exercise and Water Aerobics to reduce emotional stress and tension, improve health, and encourage and improve feelings of well-being and self-esteem.
Members and participants are invited to try a class for one time free with accessibility based on class size and available space. To use this offer, please contact the membership or registration desks. Swim lessons, scuba, camp, and childcare are excluded. As each one of our classes can be modified for every fitness level, you should feel comfortable and confident in trying any that interests you.
In efforts to ensure that all members have the opportunities to enjoy the Y's free water exercise classes, adult members may register for only two free water exercise classes per session.
Water Aerobics, Large Pool
Use the resistance and buoyancy of the water to improve your fitness.
Water Exercise, Warm Water Pool
The classes offered in the warm water pool are designed to work on range of motion and flexibility, not cardiovascular fitness.
