Every day, campers swim, play, run, make friends, sing play sports, make crafts, hike and be a kid. We know camp, kids and how to make camp an amazing experience for every camper. Camp offers new experiences, skill building, a sense of community and lasting friendships.

Preschool Camps are offered for our younger campers starting at age three. We offer seven different to choose from camp create an atmosphere of fun and learning. The various camp activities give children with the opportunity to grow personally and socially, to develop skills for meeting new friends, to learn and understand the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility, and of course to have fun!
Youth & Teen Camp
Summer Day Camp provides lasting memories, healthy and fun activities, and learning opportunities for youth. At the Y, we believe that children deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. That’s why, through camp youth practice the values, skills and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, and better health.
Financial assistance is available to those who qualify. A sliding-fee scale is used to determine appropriate levels of assistance based off of low-income guidelines. To apply for financial assistance:
- Download and print the application or pick one up at the Sewickley Valley YMCA.
- Complete the application and return it to the membership desk at the Y. Attach a copy of your most recent tax return or copies of your most recent paycheck stubs.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial assistance application to be processed.
