Sewickley Valley YMCA private and semi-private swim lessons are customized to suit every individual’s needs, goals, and pace. Available for children and adults, these personalized, 30-minute sessions can help swim students learn the basics, master skills, or refine techniques. Lessons are held in our heated indoor pools, offering a comfortable swimming environment year-round.
Our experienced instructors provide personalized instruction and guidance. All levels and abilities are welcome, and sessions can be scheduled at a time that works for you. Please note, while your lesson time is in session, there may be other pool activities offered at the same time.

Private Swim Lesson (ages 5 and up)
Achieve your swimming goals in a small group setting led by an experienced instructor. Private lessons are 1 to 1 ratio (one student to one teacher), lessons will share the pool/s with other programs or family swim or adult swim. If you need to cancel, notify the instructor at least 3 hours before class. Otherwise, fees will be charged.
