BASKETBALL (AGES 6-13)
YMCA basketball for kids provides a supportive environment to learn, practice, and play. Develop cardiovascular health, resilience, teamwork, and confidence.
GYMNASTICS AND TUMBLING (AGES 3-12)

SWIM TEAM (AGES 6-18)

YOUTH SPORTS FOR KIDS AT YMCA

At the YMCA, we make it easy for kids and teens to stay active, build healthy habits, and have fun. Our Fitness for Kids programs offer age-appropriate activities that boost strength, flexibility, and confidence—whether through high-energy obstacle courses or calming yoga.
Young fitness fans can also enjoy our facilities: when accompanied by a parent or guardian, children ages 10–13 can use cardio equipment and join group exercise classes. Teens ages 14 and up can independently explore all Y amenities, including the weight room, cardio equipment, group exercise, and more.
