Led by instructors holding 3rd, 5th, and 8th Degree Black Belts from the American Tang Soo Do Association, Sewickley YMCA martial arts programs cater to individuals of all levels, providing comprehensive training from beginner to advanced proficiency.

Tang Soo Do, a family-centered martial art with a 2,000-year-old tradition, offers a systematic approach to self-defense, emphasizing blocking, kicking, and striking techniques. For children to register, they must be 6 years old by the class start date.
