TRX Specialty Training

TRX Suspension Training uses adjustable straps and body-weight movements to build strength, balance, coordination, and core stability. Each program runs as a structured, multi-week series with guided coaching in a small-group setting.

With only 6 spots per session, participants benefit from individualized attention, proper form support, and a focused training environment. TRX is accessible for all fitness levels and is designed to help you build functional strength safely and effectively.

Small group training combines the energy of group exercise with the individualized attention of personal training with no more than 10 participants.

This class uses a mix of TRX, strength building, and muscular endurance exercises for a high-intensity workout.  Modifications are always provided.

This guided TRX program leads participants through progressive, structured workouts using adjustable suspension straps. Each session focuses on developing strength, mobility, and core control while supporting proper form and functional movement. Designed as a start-to-finish program with consistent coaching and measurable progress.

TRX is offered as a small-group specialty program, not a drop-in class.

Due to the small group and limited space, TRX is not refundable once the session has started.
