Fitness for Kids at the YMCA gives children a fun way to stay active, build confidence, and explore new challenges. With activities designed for different ages and abilities, kids can develop strength, flexibility, and coordination in a safe, supportive setting. Whether they prefer high-energy obstacle courses or calming, focused movement, there’s a program to keep them moving and motivated year-round.

Warrior Fitness (6-12 Years)
Kids ages 6 to 12 navigate obstacles and enjoy the outdoors on the Sewickley Valley YMCA outdoor Warrior Course. Come build strength and stamina while having fun!
